House of Memories is a digital museum and dementia awareness programme. We recognise that acknowledgement and understanding of personal history is of great significance to individuals and their loved ones.

The My House of Memories App allows participants to explore objects from times gone by, and upload images from their own past. The app is brought to life with sound, music, and descriptions, all collated around themes and locations – so there’s something familiar to see, wherever you are from.

On the Road is the first immersive mobile museum in the UK: a 30 sqm interactive digital space that recreates the sights and sounds of the past. The vehicle meets people in their neighbourhoods, to enable confident access to a new digital experience that addresses technology exclusion, loneliness and social isolation.

Connect My Memories tablet loan service is designed to support digitally isolated older people and help them to form new digital skills, connections, and interests. We work with local networks to distribute the tablets, also offering workshops and resources to these organisations to enable older people to connect digitally.
