The RPO works with health partners in our residency areas to support local health and wellbeing aims. Our most relevant project for this website is our STROKESTRA stroke rehabilitation programme. Designed and delivered in-person with stroke clinicians in East Yorkshire, the programme is also offered nationally through monthly digital sessions.
