Arts & Crafts (ALDD)

This weekly art class for adults with disabilities, including learning difficulties, is designed to allow individuals to express, connect and enjoy themselves through art.

Led by professional artists, students will learn painting, drawing, collage and printmaking and work towards individual and group final pieces.

By the end of the course you will know how to:

• select and blend paints
• apply collage techniques to various surfaces
• use printmaking tools and apply inks/paints to canvas
• work collaboratively on joint projects
• use a variety of dry media

Please note that the building is not fully accessible so please let us know in advance if you have any access requirements.

This course is ideal for anyone with no prior arts experience and is suitable for beginners.
Students may be accompanied by a carer at no cost.
