These free workshops and courses are designed to introduce participants to different art and creative activities to help them to feel active, mindful and relaxed and to provide opportunities to meet new people. Previous sessions have included mindful music, led by the City of London Sinfonia, creativity and wellbeing workshops facilitated by Dulwich Picture Gallery and creative writing by the Old Vic Theatre.
The workshops are targeted to support those who may be experiencing social isolation, have anxiety and mental health challenges, or people living with long-term health conditions. It is also open to anyone who is on a waiting list or who has caring responsibilities supporting people with chronic and long-term health conditions.
