One Step at a Time is The Line’s ongoing programme of Wellbeing Walks.
Aiming to improve fitness and wellbeing, particularly following a period of isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic, these free guided walks explore the wildlife, art and heritage along The Line in Newham.
Come and join a friendly group of walkers in your local area led by Sheyamali Sudesh, The Line’s Engagement Coordinator, in collaboration with Youth Guides. Each walk is completed at a gentle pace with regular pauses to sit, reflect and make conversation. We will make our way along the route for approximately 20-30 minutes before stopping for refreshments and returning to the start point.
We meet 12pm on Thursdays at The Print House, Stratford High Street, E15.
Please get in touch by emailing wellbeing@the-line.org or call 020 3488 9250 to find out more.
