We run a number of Dancing for Well-Being groups across the Harrogate district in North Yorkshire. Our emphasis is on fun: exercising our physical and social muscles! Sessions usually run for 90 minutes: the first hour is movement to music that can be done standing or seated, sometimes with props or partners, and the final 30 minutes is time to natter over tea, coffee and biscuits.
