SINGING FOR BREATHING Cambridge

Singing for Breathing is a supportive group for anyone with a chronic lung health condition. All sessions include guided relaxation; breath and voice exercises designed to help you strengthen your breathing muscles, increase the strength of your voice and feel more in control of your breathing; and a range of enjoyable songs to sing and have fun together with others living with similar conditions. No singing experience is necessary!

We offer:

* In person sessions at Brown’s Field Centre, 31A Green End Rd, Cambridge CB4 1RU

* Online sessions over Zoom.

From January 2025 the group will be meeting fortnightly in person on Monday mornings and on the alternate weeks, online on Tuesday afternoons.

Monday morning 11am – 12.30pm in person at the Brown’s Field Centre

Tuesday afternoon 2-3pm on Zoom

Please email Joanna (details on the right) to confirm exact dates and costs, and to make a booking.
